Welcome to Propz!

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Propz mobile application ("the App"), operated by Propz Studios ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. App Description

Propz is a mobile application designed to spread positivity by allowing friends to send and receive compliments. The App is intended for entertainment and social connection purposes only.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Propz. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Propz offers premium features through in-app purchases:

Diamond Subscription:

• Monthly auto-renewing subscription for premium features
• Access to advanced customization and exclusive features
• Increased pin limits and premium widgets
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off

Manage or Cancel Your Subscription:

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store settings:

• iOS: Apple Subscription Management
• Android: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions

4. Content and Usage

When using Propz, you agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Respect other users and maintain a positive environment
• Not send inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Not attempt to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the app
• Not use the app for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes

5. User Data & Privacy

We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. We do not store personal responses or conversation data on external servers beyond what's necessary for app functionality.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Send compliments that contain hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Use the app to collect personal information about other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it), temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate behavior.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

The Propz app, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Propz Studios and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Propz Studios operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective Date" at the top. You're encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
